Rather than charging a percentage of salary or locking organisations into fixed recruitment contracts, we price our services around clearly defined hiring outcomes.

 For standalone or specialist hires


For roles where one individual is required, we manage the early and mid-stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent candidate experience and clear coordination with hiring managers.


Pricing


  • Candidate journey, ATS & hiring manager management: £300 + VAT 


  • Candidate sourcing (where required): £300 + VAT
     

This model works particularly well for:


  • Professional and specialist roles 
  • Part-time or flexible positions 
  • Roles requiring careful coordination rather than high volume
     

There is no percentage of salary fee, and no uplift based on seniority.

VOLUME HIRING

SINGLE-HIRE ROLES

For multiple hires within the same role


Where two or more hires are required for the same role, we support scalable campaigns designed to manage flow, consistency and momentum.


Pricing is structured per role, per location, rather than per hire.


Pricing


  • ATS & candidate management: £500 + VAT
     
  • Sourcing support: £500 + VAT
     

This allows organisations to recruit efficiently without escalating costs as numbers increase.

PLUG-IN TA SUPPORT

TEMP-TO-PERM & FLEXIBLE HIRING

TEMP-TO-PERM & FLEXIBLE HIRING

For fluctuating or ongoing demand


For organisations that require more continuous or variable support, we provide modular TA capacity on a flexible basis.


Day rates


  • Full 360 Talent Acquisition delivery: £350 per day
     
  • Sourcing support: £220 per day
     
  • Interview scheduling: £165 per day
     

This model is often used to:


  • Absorb peaks in hiring demand 
  • Support internal teams during periods of change 
  • Maintain momentum without increasing permanent headcount
     

Support can be switched on or off as required.

 We regularly support temp-to-perm and flexible hiring models.


Where we carry employment costs during the temporary phase, we ask clients to confirm the intended permanent salary at the point of conversion.

  • Ensure clarity for all parties
     

This approach avoids uncertainty and ensures alignment from the outset.
